徐 丹




 个人简介:

    徐丹,西南大学食品科学学院教授、博士生导师,包装工程专业负责人,新加坡南洋理工大学博士,美国马萨诸塞大学访问学者,重庆英才·重庆市果蔬贮藏与物流创新创业示范团队、重庆市巾帼科技创新工作团队、重庆市食品贮藏与物流研究生导师团队成员,中国振动工程学会包装动力学专委会委员,中国农业工程学会农产品物流工程专委会委员,中国机械工程学会包装与食品工程专委会委员、《包装工程》杂志青年编委。主持国家自然科学基金项目3项,省部级等项目8项,在国内外期刊发表学术论文50余篇,授权国家发明专利2项,参编英文专著1本;重庆市精品在线课程负责人;2017年获中国振动工程学会包装动力学专业委员会成立三十周年包装科教先进个人;2022年获重庆市科技进步一等奖(11/15)。主要研究方向为农产品(果蔬、肉类、水产品等)贮藏与保鲜、绿色与智能包装材料。
