个人简介

长期从事下一代益生菌资源开发和应用、功能食品(益生菌、益生元等)开发及功能评价、食品加工过程病原菌防控等领域的教学与科研工作。主持国家级项目1项、校级项目1项,主研省部级项目1项,企业横向课题3项;公开发表学术论文30余篇,其中IF>10的论文4篇,高引论文、热点论文和封面论文各1篇。
