个人简介

车晶,西南大学碳水化合物与特需食品创新团队,讲师。

长期从事乳蛋白结构与物性调控、蛋白-多糖相互作用、新质乳蛋白质组学分析等领域的教学与科研工作。主持校级项目1项;在Food Hydrocolloids、Food Chemistry等学术期刊发表多篇论文。
