个人简介

扆豪哲,山西运城人,西南大学食品科学学院职前博士后。

长期从事碳水化合物资源挖掘、食品胶体与界面、微流控技术等领域的教学与科研工作,公开发表SCI论文21篇,其中第一作者论文12篇。
