陈应娟

陈应娟,1986-,博士,副教授,硕士研究生导师,茶学系系主任。

20146月毕业于四川大学植物学专业获博士学位,2017-2018年美国加州大学戴维斯分校(UC DAVIS)植物生物学方向访问学者。2021年中国国际茶文化研究会第四届学术委员会委员,重庆茶叶学会理事,《茶叶学报》青年编委。     

主要从事茶树栽培生理和病害研究、茶叶微生物与品质调控领域的研究与教学工作。近年来,主持国家自然科学基金项目(青年基金和面上项目)2项,省部级项目和校企合作项目10余项,以第一作者和通讯作者发表科研论文20余篇,授权国家发明专利4项。


主要研究方向

  1. 茶树栽培与病虫防控:主要开展茶树病害的病原微生物鉴定和防治、病原菌对茶树的代谢和茶叶品质的效应等相关研究。

  2. 茶叶微生物与品质研究:主要开展茶叶加工微生物的鉴定和功能研究,以及微生物对发酵茶类(黑茶)的品质形成机制研究。


教学课程:

主讲《茶树栽培学》、《茶树病虫害防治》、《现代茶食品加工》和《茶用香花栽培》课程,参与《茶学专业导论》、《茶学研究进展》等课程教学。
