陶晓奇


陶晓奇,男,1986年9月出生,西南大学食品科学学院,博士,副教授,硕士研究生导师。

主要从事动物性食品安全、药物残留快速检测技术以及畜产品加工研究。近五年主持国家自然科学基金面上项目、中国博士后科学基金面上项目(一等)和重庆市基础研究与前沿探索项目等项目;在Biosensors and Bioelectronics, Analytical Chemistry, Food Chemistry, Microchimica Acta, Chinese Chemical Letters, Food Analytical Methods和Biomolecules等国际SCI杂志上以第一作者或通讯作者身份发表文章27篇,ESI高被引论文1篇;目前指导在读硕士研究生11名,已毕业9名。
