学术情况概述

研究方向主要包括碳水化合物酶工程,多糖高效降解技术,功能性寡糖制备技术,生物质精炼技术,农作物副产物高值转化等。获中国,韩国,美国发明专利多项。主持国家自然科学基金面上项目,重庆市自然科学基金面上项目,瑞典瓦伦堡木材科学中心项目等多项。担任Frontiers in Chemistry编委, Journal of Integrative Agriculture 青年编委,国家自然科学基金评审专家,食品科学及生物技术领域多种权威SCI期刊的审稿人。
